Shipping

Casc8 provides delivery on all our products within Europe and Worldwide destinations.

Products will be shipped within 3 business days from Europe. A standard shipping fee of 15 euros will be charged.

Please take into consideration the delivery time can differ depending on your location.

Our prices include 25% VAT for products delivered within Europe.

For shipment outside Europe, a standard shipping fee of 30 euros will be charged.

A notification with tracking number will be emailed when your product has been shipped. 

For any delivery destinations outside of Europe, the customer will be responsible in case there should be any extra charges for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive the order.

Returns

Casc8 products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

We will only accept returns for bags that are in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been used or show signs of wear will not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.
